Kasia Lindeberg, Sole Owner & Master of Teas

Kasia Lindeberg (Katarzyna Bankowska Lindeberg) was born and raised in Poland for the first 27 years of her life. From her first sip of tea at four years old, Kasia's passion for the art has been growing ever since.

Kasia has a master of science in human nutrition. She yearns to spread awareness of the benefits of herbs as an ancient healing medicine.

She loves teaching others about different teas and will hold a monthly herb club that will focus on topics like utilizing herbs in the culinary arts and growing your own herb garden.

Tammy Galt, Head Baker

Tammy is our creative head and an avid baker. Her talent for making baked goods is displayed in our delicious scones and muffins.

She will be leading a variety of seasonal craft workshops such as the winter wreath making.

Ali Lindeberg, Produce Manager and Baker

Ali (Aleksandra Lindeberg) is the woman behind those delicious gluten free and vegan pastries. Her and Tammy are the kitchen wizards. 

Besides nutrition and health, Ali is passionate about running, the animals, and nature.

Margi Montanero, Advisor

Margi (Margi D'Urbano Montanero) is a photographer and entrepreneur. She established Cozy Corners, christian bookstore and gift shop in Monroe CT and ran it for 9 years. 

Margi has been a member of the Bridgeport Camera Club and the CT Association of Photographers for the past 13 years and her work has been in exhibits and competitions all over Connecticut.

Passionate about the art community, she will be exhibiting the talents of new local artists here at Open Door Tea.
