About Gentle Heart:

Hibiscus Tulsi blend that’s sweet and tart to pleasure your heart! Sunshine in a cup for heart health. (Formerly named Blood Pressure Calm).

Ingredients:

Hibiscus, Tulsi Tea, Rooibos Tea, Calendula, Star Anise

Quantity: 

  • Sample Pouch: 2-4 Cups
  • 2 Ounce Tube: 20-25 Cups
  • 8 Ounce Bulk Pouch: 80-100 Cups

Steeping Instructions

We encourage you to experiment with brewing styles and methods to find what you like best! These are some suggested guidelines based on the Western Brewing Method that we would recommend for anyone getting started with herbal tisanes.

  1. Add 1 teaspoon tea per 6 oz. cup to your infuser / pot.
  2. Pour boiling water over tea (212°F).
  3. Steep for at least 5-8 minutes.
