How does the subscription work?

Each month (or every other month for bi-monthly subscriptions), our tea experts hand-select a themed collection based on seasonal availability, unique finds, and customer favorites. Your curated shipment arrives at your door with everything needed for your tea discovery.

What's the difference between monthly and bi-monthly subscriptions?

Monthly subscriptions deliver 12 shipments over the year, while bi-monthly delivers 6 shipments spaced every two months over 12 months. Bi-monthly is perfect for occasional tea drinkers or those who want to savor each selection longer.

Can I see what's coming in advance?

We keep the contents a surprise to maintain the discovery element, but let us know if you have any preferences and we will do our best to accommodate!

When do subscriptions ship?

Subscriptions ship around the 15th of each month. First-time subscribers receive their initial shipment within 3-5 business days, then follow the regular monthly schedule.

What areas do you ship to?

We currently ship throughout the United States.

How is shipping handled for gifts?

Gift subscriptions ship directly to your recipient with a beautiful welcome card explaining the gift. We never include pricing information in gift shipments.

Can I pause or skip a month?

Yes! You can pause your subscription or skip individual months through your customer portal. Changes must be made by the 10th of the month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your online account or by contacting us online here [link to contact page]. There are no cancellation fees.

Can I change my subscription tier?

Absolutely! Just cancel your current subscription and make a new one.

How do gift subscriptions work?

Choose monthly or bi-monthly, enter the recipient's address, and add a personal message. They'll receive a welcome card explaining your gift along with their first shipment.

Can the recipient make changes to a gift subscription?

Gift recipients can pause, skip months, or contact us with preferences, but cannot cancel early unless approved by the gift giver.

What if I want to give the subscription in person?

Set the recipient address to your own address. We'll include a beautiful gift card explaining the subscription that you can present in person. The recipient can then activate their subscription online and change the address.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or tea preferences?

While we can't always customize individual shipments, we include detailed ingredient information and brewing instructions. Contact us about serious allergies, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What if I don't like something in my shipment?

Our goal is tea discovery! If you receive something you absolutely can't enjoy, give it to a friend! Otherwise contact us and we'll help make it right. We also include discount codes so you can order more of your favorites.

Are your teas organic/fair trade?

We source from reputable suppliers and include sourcing information with each tea. Many of our selections are organic or fair trade, which we'll note in the included materials.

How fresh are the teas?

All teas are sourced for optimal freshness and stored properly in our climate-controlled facility.

When am I charged?

Your first charge processes immediately upon signup. Subsequent charges occur on the same date each month (or every other month for bi-monthly subscriptions).

Can I pay for multiple months upfront?

Yes! We offer 3, 6, and 12-month prepaid options at checkout with increasing discounts for longer commitments.

Do you offer student or senior discounts?
