Sweet, tangy and lightly earthy Indian black tea. Darjeeling is intriguing for those that like something a bit lighter or milder in flavor then more traditional black teas such as Assam or Ceylon. It's considered by some to be the "Champagne of Teas" for it's delicate flavor. Definitely experiment with re-steeping this tea.
Aroma: Musky-sweet tasting notes similar to muscat wine.
Flavor: Delicate vegetal, mossy, fruity, and citrus flavors.

The tea is smooth and robust. A great everyday tea. I steeped the tea twice and it was good both times.
There aren't enough of the letter "O's" in the word smooooooth to describe this tea. I don't know if it's first or second flush, but I would guess first based on the premium conditions of the delicious drink I put in my mouth. I don't know if they order straight from India or grow in a garden or greenhouse, but they do this tea right and fit for her Majesty's the Queen of England.
