I originally ordered 2 candles but when I noticed only 1 was in my package, I reached out to the shop owner and was surprised by their prompt, easy going & professional response. They shipped out the 2nd one immediately! This exceptional service makes me believe they actually care about their customers. It's hard to find that in business these days.
