Mommy needs to be calm. That’s why I keep a little bag of chamomile blossoms on hand at all times. Just plop a few into the tea, sip away, and feel the worry melt away with every drool-inducing slurp.

For those of you with even more trouble slowing down your mind, try brewing up some chamomile flowers for their positive effects on the nervous system and inflammatory properties. Place some flowers in boiling water and watch them release their calming scent as they simmer for 5-7 minutes before drinking it straight from the pot! Ahhhh... glorious serenity awaits.

Chamomile flowers are the best pillow when it comes to inducing calm. Pretty as a picture and soft as silk, they'll relax you like nothing else.
