Valerian Root Inclusion, Honeybush Tea, Chamomile Flowers, Spearmint Leaves, Passion Flower, Lemon Balm, Lavender Flowers, Dried Cherries & Blue Cornflowers
Quantity:
- Sample Pouch: 2-4 Cups
- 1.75 Ounce Tube: 18-22 Cups
- 8 Ounce Bulk Pouch: 80-100 Cups
Suggested Steeping Instructions:
- Add 1 teaspoon tea per 6 oz. cup to your infuser / pot.
- Pour boiling water over tea (212°F).
- Steep for at least 5-8 minutes.
Me and my boyfriend have been getting terrible sleep, and did not want to take melatonin every night so we decided to try this out and we're fans. He has always struggled to go to sleep but now he finds himself falling asleep faster with this tea. We both wake up well rested
This tea is very calming, and relaxing. Really helps me become sleepy, and I fall asleep quicker than I thought.
I dream a lot, almost everyday. But after drinking this tea, finally had one night without these annoying dreams.
But you can't really find lavender in this tea, instead there are more chamomiles than I thought.
